Tui tập làm bánh ^^

Thật ra ước mơ đc trở thành một người làm bánh (nhất là các loại bánh kem) đc tui ấp ủ từ lúc tui còn nhỏ kia nhưng sau này lớn lên – nhất là sau khi tui bắt đầu đi làm thì niềm đam mê bếp núc của tui nó tắt lịm cho đến bây giờ luôn

Nhưng bây giờ tui đang tập tành làm bánh, tui đăng kí đi học bắt bông kem nhưng tui học chưa đến 2 tuần thì nghỉ mất – cũng vì những lý do rất ư là “có lý do” – cũng tiếc lắm nhg tui quyết tâm là sau này quởn thiệt thì tui sẽ đi học lại cho đàng hoàng . Tuy vậy nhưng vào những t/g rảnh rỗi còn lại trong 1 ngày tui cố gắng tranh thủ thực tập làm bánh.

Công thức thì tui xem trên mạng. Đủ thứ kiểu, hok bít đâu mà lần… hic, làm mỗi công thức mỗi ra kết quả khác nhau. Cũng may tui làm ít để nếu lỡ có dở ẹc hok ai ăn thì có quăng cũng đỡ phí, cũng may ở nhà có ba tui nhận “thầu” hết vụ này . Tui làm thì ăn cũng ok nhưng bản thân tui vẫn thấy là chưa đc tốt cho lắm. Thôi thì cố gắng thực hành nhiều hơn để có kinh nghiệm. Món bánh duy nhất tui làm là bánh bông lan nhưng sao có vài lần tui làm cứng y như bánh cookies vậy đó nhưng ăn vẫn ngon ^^

Lâu quá tui bỏ bê cái blog này vì bây giờ hay dùng facebook nhanh hơn, post hình và viết nhảm vài ba hàng là xong mà lại đc nhiều người updated nhanh hơn trong này nữa nên đâm ra “mê” nó hơn. Nhưng những gì tui viết trong này mới thật sự là quý giá với tui đó nha ^^
